Nursery Manager
Our Manager has over 10 years experience within the childcare industry and has a BA (HONS) in Early Childhood Studies. She has undertaken numerous training courses relating to childcare such as Self-Evaluation on the Environment Rating Scale (ITERS-R and ECERS-R), Paediatric First Aid, Food Safety Level 2, Safeguarding and Child Protection. These are just some of the main courses she has undertaken and she is also striving to further her development.
Her aim is to provide your child with excellent care and a solid foundation on which he/she will build on at school and later in life.
Our Nursery Staff
Our staff are carefully chosen for their creativity, imagination, empathy, care, patience and have a dedicated approach to childcare.
Each child in the nursery has a key person, who will support the child to develop their skills and meet their needs. The staff work closely with parents and keep development records on each child’s progress and development.
All staff are supported by the Manager and Deputy Manager who are experienced and knowledgeable in early years education.
All staff are qualified first aiders.
All staff are food hygiene certified.
All new staff receive induction training to help them understand their roles and responsibilities.
We also have a very lovely cook who provides nutritionally balanced, healthy and fresh meals cooked on the premises daily.
